At Dundee’s at Cairns Aquarium, we love hosting charity fundraisers.  We have a unique dining venue and a wealth of experience managing large groups.  Our strong relationships with our suppliers mean that we can work with them to deliver excellent value for your fundraiser.

Your guests will enjoy a delicious meal created with the finest North Queensland seafood and produce.  Executive chef, James Wort, can even tailor a special menu just for your event and can cater for all dietary requirements with the appropriate notice.

In addition to that, we will also do our best to help promote your event and recognise your major sponsors through our social media networks.  Doing this will add value to sponsors making it more appealing.

Fundraiser example – C.O.U.C.H.

In November 2019, we hosted a Melbourne Cup Luncheon fundraiser for Cairns Organisation United for Cancer Health (C.O.U.C.H).  Our goal was to raise more than $5000 for C.O.U.C.H.  Not only did we meet that goal, we are very proud to say we managed to raise more than $11,000!

The event was wonderful.  The staff at Dundee’s at Cairns Aquarium thoroughly enjoyed playing our part in raising such vital funds for an incredibly worthy cause.

Exclusive Use

For groups of 100 or more attendees, we can even arrange exclusive use of our beautiful venue (minimum spend applies).  This is the perfect way to add that wow factor to your event.  We can also work with our good friends at the Cairns Aquarium to provide the Cairns Aquarium by Twilight experience as part of your fundraiser.
